Temporarily grounded by deep overnight snow, a B-17 Flying Fortress from the 398th BG, 8th AF stands quietly near the constantly patrolled perimeter of RAF Nuthampstead during the winter of 1944.
Making it completely unique, this special copy has been returned to artist Richard Taylor and now includes a stunning original Double Remarque of B-17s in formation.
Framed to full conservation standards to include museum-quality reproduction USAAF Wings, this atmospheric print has been personally autographed by three veterans who flew B-17s from England with the 8th Air Force during WWII:
