Needless to say, it has been a strange and challenging time over the past few months but remember, it won’t last forever.
There will be brighter days soon and whatever happens we’ll still be here to entertain you, whether that’s on the phone, email or social platforms, as we try to offer some form of normality!
Here’s how we plan to tackle the coming weeks to ensure all our good friends and collectors don’t miss out in the lead up to Christmas:
Our online store remains open…
Although we can’t welcome visitors through the doors, our online store remains open as usual. In fact, we’re expanding some
of our online offerings so keep an eye on our website for more details and the latest products.
More telephone lines now available…
You can still reach us on the normal number (+44) 01296 625681, but we’ve increased capacity to make it easier for you to get through.
Improving our shipping services…
We’ll use this time to focus on prompt shipping to ensure quick order turn-around and speedy, fully insured delivery.
Call, click & collect…
We’re also able to offer a collection service from the Wendover gallery. You will only be able to come in to the ground floor gallery to pick up, or we can arrange for your collection to be ready as you ‘drive through’. Although our faces will be covered, rest assured we’ll still be smiling!
Let us take the strain…
We anticipate festive shopping will be even more difficult this year, so if there’s a special someone in your life who’ll appreciate a voucher or gift from our huge range then let us help. We can even personalise a hand-written greetings card from our winter collection.
