Thrown into a baptism of fire on D-Day, the men of the U.S. Airborne Divisions had quickly shown their mettle in the killing fields of Normandy. 

By the time they were called upon to jump into Holland during Operation Market Garden and then endure the bitter conditions in the Ardennes during the Battle of the Bulge, they had become among the toughest and most formidable soldiers of the entire US Army.

THUNDER IN THE ARDENNES

Anthony’s magnificent painting portrays P-47 Thunderbolts of the 405th Fighter Group as they pass low over paratroopers of the 82nd Airborne Division advancing through heavy snow during the Battle of the Bulge, early January 1945. Major Robert Blackburn, in his distinctive aircraft 'Chow Hound', leads his unit as they head out on a morning low-level bombing mission.

This Collector's Edition print has been personally signed by SEVEN veterans who fought in the campaign including P-47 pilots and US paratroopers of both the 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions:

TAKING CHARGE

By the middle of January 1945 the Battle of the Bulge had been raging for almost a month. After the bitter struggles at Bastogne, American forced were back on the offensive and at the Belgian village of Foy, Easy Company, 506th PIR, 101st Airborne were again in the thick of the action.

After a temporary pause in the attack, Captain ‘Dick’ Winters sends in Lieutenant Ron Speirs to take command of the situation. This dramatic piece shows Speirs, having rallied the men, leading the final Easy Co assault through a barrage of enemy fire.

In tribute to all those who fought during the battle, this memorable print is personally hand-signed and authenticated by FIVE veterans directly involved:

THE HELL THAT WAS BASTOGNE

Simon’s dramatic piece depicts the exhausted men of Easy Co, 101st Airborne Division in their hastily dug fox-holes deep in the forests surrounding a now besieged Bastogne. 


Each copy is signed by veterans of the US 101st Airborne Division - the famous 'Band of Brothers' - and carries an original pencil remarque in the border of the print, creating a historically important collector's piece!

The list of veterans who feature on the edition includes some of the most legendary names to serve with the US 101st Airborne Division at Bastogne, these include:
