Chris Draper

Chris Draper is a British architectural illustrator and aviation artist with a background in classical design and fine art. He trained at Southend Art School, the Prince of Wales’s Institute of Architecture, and the University of Portsmouth, where he developed a deep appreciation for traditional architectural forms and observational drawing. His career spans work with both contemporary and classical practices, including Patel Taylor and Adam Architecture. For the past decade, Chris has focused on illustration, producing work for architects, designers, developers, and private clients. He is also a full member of the Guild of Aviation Artists, with commissions from collectors in the UK, Holland, and the US, and maintains a creative partnership with 815 NAS at Yeovilton, painting nose art on Lynx helicopters.
