The sound of Merlin engines resound along the High Street as a pair of Spitfires pass over the market town of Wendover in the heart of the Chiltern Hills. Airmen from nearby RAF Halton are always given a warm welcome by the locals at the bar of the Red Lion.

Completed in his trademark blend of graphite and paint on buff paper, Richard’s superb cameo drawing is exclusively available through Aces High. Each print is individually numbered and personally signed by the artist along with a highly-respected WWII Spitfire Pilot:
