LIMPING HOME

One of Robert's early, classic masterpieces depicts an Avro Lancaster returning from a night-time raid over Europe. Badly damaged by enemy anti-aircraft fire with its port outer engine stopped and its starboard outer overheating, the pilot is struggling to maintain height and make it to the English coast as the morning sun rises.
Each print in this edition has been personally signed by the artist and two of the most highly-regarded names in the history of RAF Bomber Command:
